At Southpark we have dedicated staff allocated to each part of the customer journey, so that the customer always has a Southpark representative available to discuss their experience. Our staff will liaise with you from exchange of contracts through to legal completion, the choices and options available and finally demonstrating the home to the customer on completion and to answer any questions.

AFTER CARE

After legal completion, our staff will be on hand to deal with any issues that may arise after sale. In addition the customer care team will ensure contact is continued after legal completion to ensure everything is to your satisfaction. This level of care and service after completion sets Southpark apart from our competitors, ensuring your peace of mind and a smooth, trouble-free move into your new home.
